Major investment have been made in hot-air reflow and nitrogen plant for lead free soldering, wave soldering machine, selective soldering and a complex robotic cell. With our flexible machinery, we have the capacity to run both prototyping and high volume. We can deal with advanced technologies such as Fine Pitch, BGA, CSP and Pin-in paste. It will help our customers save time and costs for assembly and hand soldering. For lead-free soldering, we have invested in two new convection ovens and a nitrogen plant in order to offer the latest technology in the field. Our operators are trained according to IPC.
For optimal management of thruhole-mounted components, we have access to component processing machines, selective soldering and wave soldering machines that handles both leaded and lead-free components. The assembly personnel are IPC Certified and have through our broad product range gained experience in most kinds of thruhole technologies.
In order to assure error free deliveries, we use automatic inspection using the AXI and AOI (& X-ray vision). It helps us to ensure that the component is in place and soldered correctly. Our in-line system contributes to an optimized flow. For deeper analysis, we use a 2.5-D X-ray system. It gives us a unique opportunity to study the components from several different directions. Inspection will be more secure and decrease the risk of errors and thereby stop deliveries with errors. Together with our specialist assessment of the problem, we can quickly take action and avoid delays.
Dip and spray coating is normally done by machine in an automated process and we also have equipment to verify the thickness of the conformal coating. To speed up the process, we have both thermoset and dryer. When the product could be used in harsh environments where it is exposed to moisture, we often precede coating process with washing.
With the client's own test equipment or by using the test system we have developed, we do final testing of products based on the agreed strategy. With an automated test procedure we can minimize test times for the product while ensuring that all details will be tested in the same way. Our test engineering department consists of experienced technicians and electrical engineers who are able to solve most issues. We will help you develop test strategies or to adapt the test equipment for mass production of everything from operator friendliness to test strategies with the right level of control to optimize both production and quality.
We offer complete final assembly with direct delivery to retail, which includes complete packaging in consumer packaging. We solve all types of final assembly from simple boxes to complex box-build systems. Ultrasonic welding and casting are some of the techniques used in the final assembly.

At customer request we also do customer design work to ensure most cost effective production design.
